Review Current Infrastructure
We will look at your current systems and infrastructure , discuss with the you how your business works and how you operate within the framework of the company. In this way we try to establish your precise working practices and requirements. When we have established how you like to work, we can then assess your infrastructure to see if it is fit for purpose, and suggesting reforms if required. This can mean amalgamating lines that are redundant, converting lines from one format to another, reprogramming a system or merely showing how hardware can be used differently to achieve a desired result.
Hardware
What features do you have and what features do you require to make your call handling more efficient and easier? Can your system be reprogrammed to allow for more efficient call handling via the use of Hunt Groups, Pick Up Groups and similar tools? What are the things about your communications that drive you wild, and can they be fixed?
Lines
Have you got the right type of lines and are they in the right configuration? Do you have enough or too many? Do you have the most appropriate services on them and do you have the correct level of care?
Calls
Are you on the correct tariff for your business? There is little point in having cheap calls to Mexico when you do most of your business with Italy! Similarly is no good being able to make local calls cheaply when most of your calls are to mobiles! How flexible is your provider in adjusting to new circumstances?
