The NEG Text Gateway is an instant service designed to be as simple as sending an every day email.

The NEG Text Gateway service is available to all NEG customers who benefit from having their telephone lines and/or outbound call charges with NEG. All we require is your email address so we can enable you to use the gateway.

SMS Messages sent using the NEG Test Gateway are charged to your monthly NEG One Bill account at 10p per message.

The services are ONLY available via NGN’s and cannot be simply added to standard lines – although there may be similar services available on some types of telephone line.
