Lines
We can provide all of the services offered by BT Wholesale. All three types of line DDi’s and their associated services.
- PSTN/Analogue Lines – These are the standard “Old Fashioned” lines that can be used for a single call call or fax at one time and can with the addition of a filter also be used for Broadband concurrantly. These lines can also be matched up in sequence and added to a system so that more than one call can taken at one time. There are additional services such as 1571 and call forwarding that can also be available on these lines.
- ISDN2e – These are the standard digital business line. They are installed in pairs so you can have 2, 4, 6, 8 etc lines all working together attached to a system. They allow for DDi’s to be attached and are designed to work with telephone systems.
- ISDN30 – These are ISDN2e’s big brother, designed to allow much greater numbers of lines without huge installation costs they operate between 8 and 30 lines on a single connection.
- DDi’s - These are ranges of numbers in blocks of 10 that allow for direct connections through to specific extensions on a phone system, bypassing the main number. Fro example you could have the main office number 0207 123 4567 but on your digital lines you have a block of 10 numbers 123 6780 to 123 6789. The sales team could have the DDi 123 6787 which would go direct to them bypassing reception, ensuring the call went directly to the right place.
