No, you only need to tell the participants the telephone number to call and access code

How many people can I invite to my conference call?
50 is the maximum number on each call.

Is there a limit to the duration or number of conference calls I can make?
No, make as many conference calls as you like for as long as you want

Can I call from abroad?
Yes, although callers from abroad should dial the international format: + 44 (0) 871 22 61 505

Is the service secure?
Yes. We recommend choosing an access code that is not easy to guess for your conference call. So avoid 123456 etc. It is highly unlikely that another caller will dial into NEG Conference Call™ at the same time and chose the same access code, however, each party that joins the call will be announced.

Is it really free? How do you make money?
Yes the service is really free. You only pay for the cost of the phone call. We get paid a small fee from our phone provider for each call made.

What is an 0871 Number
0871 numbers are "special rate" numbers that are charged at 10p per minute from a UK landline (mobile rates may vary). Each party pays for their leg of the call.
